Refund policy
As a wholesale manufacturer, all orders are considered final once production has been confirmed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, order quantity adjustments, or delayed requests.
Defects & Damages
We stand behind the quality of every order. If items are confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or credit note where applicable.
Wrong Items Shipped
In the event of a fulfillment error on our part, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a credit note at no additional cost.
Custom & OEM/ODM Orders
All custom, private label, and OEM/ODM orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Production begins only after buyer approval of samples and specifications.
