1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style. For OEM/ODM custom orders, MOQ may vary depending on the design and fabric requirements.
2. Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support both OEM (your design, our production) and ODM (our design, your branding). Custom labels, packaging, and branding are all available.
3. What types of shirts do you produce?
We manufacture both men's and women's shirts, including formal dress shirts, casual shirts, and business shirts in a wide range of fabrics and styles.
4. How long is the production lead time?
Standard bulk orders typically take 15–25 business days. Custom OEM/ODM orders may require 25–35 business days depending on complexity.
5. Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available. Please contact us via the enquiry form and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and other major payment methods. A 30% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipment.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via major logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, and sea freight for large orders.
8. How do you ensure product quality?
Every order goes through a strict quality control process — including fabric inspection, in-line checks, and final inspection before shipment.
9. Can you match a specific fabric or color?
Yes. We can source fabrics to match your specifications. Please provide swatches or detailed requirements when submitting your enquiry.
